Iteration 4: Final presentation meeting
The fourth iteration is the meeting where the team leader will seek to consolidate the outcomes of the analysis. Expectations are that a solution to the problem will be available and the process to follow to reach the process. The team will deliberate on the process and copies given to each of the groups.
The Plan
The final presentation meeting had preparations by the Information security officer Mr. Samuel. He provided the manual containing the major activities and the schedule for the period. The final presentation meeting schedule had a tome scope of two weeks. The activities

Through the directives of Mrs. Beth, I prepared the power point presentation slides for use during the presenting the findings. Through the assistant of Mrs. Beth, I formulated the deliverables and the documentation of the proposed project. I formulated the basic documents to assist in understanding the developed system. I participated in the comparison of the proposed automated barcode and the previous security hand tags under Mrs. Diana. Through the efforts of Mr. Diana Maxi Pereira Uruguay Jersey , I took part in connecting the presentation platform. I participated in the process of fixing the platform involving the setting of the projectors. Mrs. Diana helped me in explaining of the codes applied in the developed system. Mrs. Diana the session provided the guidelines required in the installation of the simulators to demonstrate the working of the developed system. I took part in the in the review of the functional and non-functional planning under the supervision of Mr. Ralph the head of the seminar and presentation to take over the supervision. Mr. Ralph conducted the session on the training of the employees on the application of the system. Mr. Ralph guided me in the installation of the video cards to support the video conferencing and the webinar seminar during the training of employees. I participated in the process of teaching and training of the employees on the way to use and implement the system.
The observation
The session on the final presentation meeting under the director Mr. Samuel, Mrs. Diana, Mrs. Beth and Mr. Ralph Mauricio Victorino Uruguay Jersey , the session had an effective and efficient operation.
