If your Facebook account temporarily unavailable then you need to delete temporary Internet files and cookies:
Open the control panel
Click on the Network and internet
Choose the Internet options, and click on the General tab
Go to the delete button under the browsing history
Choose the option temporary internet files and cookies
Tap on the delete button
